What is Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment?

Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment is an exclusive entertainment agency connecting artists with clients worldwide. We provide live entertainment for events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and festivals in Dubai, the USA, the UK, and other international markets.

How does Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment work for artists?

  • Artists register for free by completing our Onboarding Form.

  • We create an artist profile on our website and promote you to clients.

  • Clients submit booking requests, which you can accept or decline through our system.

  • We handle all communication with clients—you will not have direct access to their contact details.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, you receive all necessary details, including the event location.

 

 

Joining the Platform

How do I sign up as an artist?

You can join for free by completing our Artist Onboarding Form. Once submitted, our team will review the details and if successful will create your profile and get you listed on the platform. 

 

How will I know if I have been successful?

You will receive an email from Luxe lifestyle and entertainment, once you receive this email you will then be required to create your own profile on the Artist Dashboard section on the website. This is where you will be able to see all your booking requests and details.

What do I need to provide for my artist profile?

  • High-quality promotional photos

  • A professional bio (we can assist with this)

  • Performance videos (YouTube or social media links work)

  • Details about your act, setlists, and performance style

  • Your base performance rate

Can I choose my own profile name?

We assign artists unique or generic profile names to maximize visibility and improve searchability with clients, partners, and social media promotions. Your agreement on this is required upon onboarding.

 

 

Booking Process

How do I receive bookings?

Clients browse our platform and submit booking requests. You will receive a notification when a client is interested, and you can accept or decline the request via your artist dashboard.

Do I have direct contact with clients?

No. All communication is handled through Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment. You will receive event details, date, and location, but client contact details remain confidential.

How are bookings confirmed?

A booking is confirmed once:

  1. You accept the request.

  2. The client pays the deposit.

  3. A legally binding contract is issued between you and the client.

Can I decline a booking?

Yes, you have full control over which bookings you accept. However, frequent cancellations or declines may affect your visibility and future booking opportunities.

 

Performance & Event Details

 

How do I know where and when to perform?

Once a booking is confirmed, we will provide:

  • Event date and time

  • Venue location

  • Performance requirements

  • Any special requests from the client

Do I need my own equipment?

Artists must provide their own equipment, including instruments, microphones, PA systems, and any required lighting.(Unless stated that equipment is provided)

Can I take song requests?

  • Clients may request songs from your repertoire.

  • Some artists offer to learn special requests (e.g., first dance songs) for an additional fee.

Can guests perform with me?

No, unless pre-approved. Clients and their guests are not allowed to use your equipment for performances or karaoke.

 

 

Policies & Additional Information

What if I can’t make a confirmed booking?

If an emergency prevents you from performing, notify us immediately. Frequent cancellations may impact your future bookings.

Can I take private bookings from venues I perform at?

No. If Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment books you at a venue, that venue cannot book you privately for 12 months after the event.
