What is Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment?

Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment is a global entertainment agency that connects clients with top-tier performers for events worldwide. Whether you're looking for live bands, solo singers, acoustic guitarists, fire performers, or even a personal trainer for private sessions, we provide high-quality talent for all occasions.

How does Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment work?

We act as an intermediary between clients and artists. Our platform allows clients to browse and book talent, while artists manage their availability through their own dashboard. Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment facilitates bookings but is not responsible for artist attendance.

 

 

Booking Process

How do I find the right act for my event?

You can browse our Entertainment section by category (e.g., Live Bands, Fire Performers, Solo Singers). Once you find an act that fits your event, submit a booking request with your preferred date. Our team will confirm availability and provide a quote.

How do I book an artist?

1. Select an artist and submit a booking request.

2. The artist will accept or decline based on availability.

3. If accepted, you will receive a contract and an invoice for the deposit payment.

4. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.

How is payment handled?

• A deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is paid directly to the artist before the event.

• For personal training sessions, full payment is required upfront.

Can I communicate directly with the artist before my event?

No, all communication goes through Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment until the booking is confirmed. However, once the artist has accepted, they will connect with you before the event to finalize details.

 

 

Performance & Event Details

How long does an artist take to set up?

Setup times vary depending on the act. Bands usually require 60-90 minutes to set up, while solo performers may need less time.

Can we request songs for a band’s setlist?

Yes! Artists typically accommodate requests from their existing repertoire. Some may learn a special song (e.g., first dance) for an additional fee.

Can a guest perform with the band?

Unless pre-approved, guests are not permitted to use the artist's equipment for performance or karaoke.

What if our venue has sound restrictions?

If your venue has a sound limiter, inform us in advance so we can match you with an act that can accommodate the venue’s requirements.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

What happens if an artist cancels?

While Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment ensures reliability, cancellations are rare but possible due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will assist in finding a replacement.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the timing, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details.

Can venues book an artist directly after working with Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment?

No. If an artist is booked through our agency for a venue, that venue cannot book the artist privately for 12 months.

Do artists provide their own equipment?

Yes! All acts come fully equipped with sound and lighting (if required). If your venue needs Public Liability Insurance (PLI) or PAT testing certificates, these are available upon request.

 

 

Other Services

Do you offer DJ services?

Yes! Some of our live acts provide DJ services between sets, either as a playlist DJ or a live-mixed DJ set. Let us know your preference when booking.

Do you provide personal training services?

Yes! Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment also offers private personal training sessions. These are separate from our entertainment services and require full payment upfront.
